My two boys, Jack (10) and Jay (7), were adopted from Russia also. Jack was very sick like you and was adopted from an orphanage in Vladivostok at age 11 months in 2000. Jay was adopted from a small town, Sosnovo, north of St. Petersberg in 2004 at the age of 2 1/2 and had medical issues as well. Both boys are so proud of what you have done. They would like to do something like you have done when they get a little bit older. Do you have any advice for them? They were sad to learn that the improved economy has not helped the orphanage very much. Much work still needs to be done.
